3. Account Registration

To use VidFeel, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are:

• Billed monthly or annually in advance

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Analyze videos you don't have rights to
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
• Scrape, data mine, or automate access without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute our analysis results without a Creator+ plan
• Overload or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service to analyze content that violates YouTube's Terms of Service

7. Intellectual Property

VidFeel and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by AY Tech Systems LLC. You retain ownership of your video content and analysis results. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

8. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Our AI analysis is provided "as is" for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy:

• Analysis results are probabilistic, not guaranteed
• Emotion detection is directional, not scientifically precise
• We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using our recommendations
• Results may vary based on video content type and quality

9. Cancellation and Termination

You May:

• Cancel your subscription at any time
• Retain access until the end of your billing period
• Delete your account and all data at any time

We May:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Discontinue the Service with 30 days notice
• Modify features or pricing with reasonable notice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AY Tech Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
